She worked tirelessly on open houses for us and whenever someone went to look at our house she asked for feedback, honest feedback which also helped us in the sale of our home. The entire Schlueter Team was great to work with. Jennifer knew what I wanted, knew what houses to show, and found the perfect home for me. I was comfortably guided through the entire process. I was a difficult customer. My first lender and I parted ways with a transaction pending. We also lost 2 homes that were under contract. I was looking at small homes and I was also a referral (not a very attractive transaction to most realtors). Jennifer cared more about getting me in the home I wanted, then what she was making in return. To spend over 3 months with a difficult client and go the extra mile at every corner is just unheard of in today's world. She kept me positive, never gave up on me and pushed my transaction to all the way to close.
