She worked tirelessly on open houses for us and whenever someone went to look at our house she asked for feedback, honest feedback which also helped us in the sale of our home. I was a difficult customer. My first lender and I parted ways with a transaction pending. We also lost 2 homes that were under contract. I was looking at small homes and I was also a referral (not a very attractive transaction to most realtors). To spend over 3 months with a difficult client and go the extra mile at every corner is just unheard of in today's world.
